







The AquaVision Di® is the most advanced waterjet motion controller in the industry. From the customized Visual Basic front end, the user is guided through the process from job set-up to production. Single parts, part arrays, mirroring, scaling, rotation, and plate alignment are right at your fingertips. It is fully networkable, allowing part programs to be generated offline and easily transferred to the system's hard drive for production.
The process interactive trajectory automatically varies feed rate and acceleration based on known features of the specific job such as material type, thickness, water and abrasive flow, nozzle size, etc. which are stored in an on-board database. This gives users the precision they need eliminating guesswork.
Dynamic tool offset, "cutter compensation" is employed real-time.
This means that you do not have to reload a part program to the controller
when the nozzle grows and makes your parts out of tolerance. Optional real-time
pump control allows remote starting and stopping of the pump, dual pressure
set points for piercing those hard to pierce materials and unlimited data
logging of every process parameter imaginable.
In addition, you receive a full-featured hand-held pendant that allows feed
rate over-ride, return to path, program zero set points, XYZ axis control,
and a LCD display allowing message and instructions when you are at the nozzle.
No matter how large your machine is, you have control right in the palm of
your hand.
