Turntable and positioning table

This table allows you to position individual parts to a component, tack weld them in place, and then weld them in the ideal working position. Thanks to the patented "Schwerpunkt - Achsverstellung" (center of gravity-axial adjustment) feature, gravitational moment can always be set to 0, even when working with parts up to 1 ton, making it child's play to move the part by hand. The bench is secured in position by a locking brake.
The variable bench surface makes it possible to open up certain sections, in turn making it possible in a single chucking set-up, to weld from beneath the part. The result is significantly easier work, ideal welds, and a virtually warp-free part. This kind of quality can also mean that follow-on machining is unnecessary.
